Applying for a mortgage is simple with Jordan Lynch. Typically, the process will involve these four straightforward steps.

Initial Meeting

Firstly, give us a call and one of our mortgage advisors will be able to discuss your needs and gather the information required to begin your application. This initial phone call usually takes around 15 minutes.

If you would prefer to arrange a face-to-face meeting at our Cheadle Hulme, Manchester or London offices, contact us on 0161 486 9316 or today.

Our Recommendation

Next, we get straight to work searching the whole mortgage market for a product for you. Our experienced advisors have a thorough knowledge of which lenders are most suitable for every circumstance so we will be able to quickly find one that best suits your needs. We aim to call you back within two hours of the initial 15-minute phone call and we will also confirm all the details in writing so you fully understand all the fees, conditions, payments and interest rates involved with your mortgage.

The Application

Once you confirm that you are happy to proceed with our recommended mortgage, we will obtain an Agreement In Principle for you. This tells you how much you can borrow so you can place an offer on a property. Once your offer has been accepted, we will apply for the mortgage and we will take care of all the paperwork and forward any necessary documents to the lender for you.

The Road To Completion

Once your application is submitted, Jordan Lynch will closely liaise with all the professionals involved in your property purchase, including the lender, surveyor, solicitor and estate agent to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible until the date of completion. We understand that this stage can be slow and frustrating for clients, so we will do everything in our power to ensure your purchase is completed in a timely and efficient manner. We will keep you fully informed on a regular basis so you are aware of how things are proceeding until the day that you complete on your purchase.
